Your API key
CheckingOne personal key for your course experiments.
Keep this key private. Never put it in public repositories, shared notebooks, or browser-side code.
Start with a simple request.
Replace YOUR_API_KEY with your key in a private local terminal. This example uses an available model.
Models to explore
Available with your course key.
No models are available. Contact your instructor.
Course allowance
Spending is recorded after a response. The last request may exceed a weekly allowance or the total course threshold.
Need more room?
Once your weekly allowance is used, ask your teacher for extra credit this week. A request doesn’t change your allowance until approved, and recorded usage is never erased.
Make your credits go further: start with short prompts and small outputs. Each course has its own key and budget.
Give curiosity a place to start.
Create courses, invite students, and review how your class is using its allowance.
Create a course
Create your first course above. Teacher access is assigned by an administrator; students can’t grant it to themselves.
Costs are recorded after requests complete. A final request may exceed the weekly allowance or total course threshold. Figures exclude unreported or in-flight usage.
Invite your students
Anyone with the code or link can join while seats are available. Share it only with your class. Rotating replaces the current invitation; revoking stops new joins and leaves existing enrollments in place.
Save this invitation now. It is hidden when you switch courses, leave this tab, or sign out. It is never saved in browser storage.
Budget reset requests
Approval adds extra credit to the current weekly limit. It does not erase recorded usage, and the extra credit expires next Monday at 00:00 UTC. Amounts are in USD. No action is retried automatically.
